This is a dedicated platform for publications and written narratives about our Mountmellick. They comprise of items of interest that are no longer available in print, or perhaps never were. From local historians, to those involved in voluntary pursuits, Mountmellick people are active stakeholders in their civic space. The content will reflect this. ​

Our objective is to create a bank of documents from which researchers, students and the community alike can draw, to inform their knowledge on Mountmellick town. ​Mountmellick has always been rich in social assets and citizen-led initiatives. To this end, many of its residents have engaged in various projects, some of which document its history, others outlining plans for the future.
